1976年カナダ生まれ。1998年から日本語を学び、流山児★事務所に出会ったことがきっかけで日本のアングラ劇界に巻き込まれることに。リー・マクドゥーガル作「ハイ.ライフ」のカナダツアー、寺山修司作「花札伝綺」、天野天街作「西遊記」などの英訳を手がける。日本語の舞台関係の記事やインタビューをジャパンタイムスのために英訳（2014年～2015年）。彼女の英訳は舞台ならではのタイミングに合わせた言葉選びや、詩的表現力にたけており、文化の違いを越えて相互の国を理解する表現の交流に貢献している。現在は徳島県在住。

Born in Canada in 1976. Began studying Japanese in 1998, and became involved in the Japanese Angura theater world when she met Ryuzanji Company in 2000. She has translated plays into English for Lee MacDougall’s High Life Canadian tour, Shuji Terayama’s Hanafuda Denki, Amano Tengai’s Journey to the West, and more. She made English translations of Japanese stage-related articles and interviews for The Japan Times (2014-2015). Her English translations are based on word selection that fits the timing and poetic expressiveness unique to the stage, and contributes to the exchange of expressions that transcend cultural differences enabling understanding between cultures. Currently living in Tokushima prefecture.
