香川県出身。1999年文化女子大学服装学科卒業後、オリジナルブランドを立ち上げ、百貨店等で販売。2001年バンクーバー インターナショナルファッションウィークに招待されファッションショーを行う。2002年より衣装デザイナーとして活動。主な関わりとして劇団山の手事情社、劇団ひまわり、東京演劇アンサンブル、青蛾館、流山児事務所 等の作品を手がける。作品の本質を読みとき機能美を兼ね備えた彼女の舞台衣装の数々は多くの演出家からの信頼も厚く、又、そのオリジナリティは着衣を越えて作品自体を重厚な高みへ引き上げる効果も合わせ持つ。
Born in Kagawa prefecture. After graduating from the clothing department of Bunka Women’s University in 1999, she launched an original brand and sold it at department stores. She went to Vancouver International Fashion Week in 2001 to hold a fashion show. Active as a costume designer since 2002. Her main involvement is with the works of the theater companies Yamanote Jijosha, Himawari Theatre Group, Tokyo Engeki Ensemble, Seigakan, and Ryuzanji Company. Her costumes, which combine the essence of the work with a functional beauty, are highly trusted by many directors, and their originality also has the effect of raising the work itself to a profound height beyond clothing.
